LongHorn Steakhouse - Somerset: Reviews & Ratings
My steak was very tender and cooked just right. The lobster tail was good, but the deep fried brussels sprouts was absolutely delicious.
When I want steak while I'm in Somerset this is where I go, they definitely have the best center cut. The service has always been fine and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a steakhouse chain. Their complimentary bread and the spinach dip appetizer are both pretty good
This is the best Longhorn we've been to. Been several times and enjoyed. One eve through the week the cook over seasoned my steak but usually it's the best.
Just when you think a fried onion couldn't get any better, Longhorn goes and does it. The best part about it was that it wasn't sitting in a bath of grease. I got the Parmesan Chicken...amazing! My husband got the ribeye. He is a cattleman. He was disappointed in the grade and the huge amount of seasoning. It definitely wasn't prime beef. It won't keep us from returning. Maybe he'll get a better cut next time.
The hostess was pleasant, but not cheerful. The waiter was warming up and friendly by the end of our visit. I had the 20oz bone in sirloin. It was a bit grizzly, but great flavor. First sweet potato was not fully cooked and new one provided was perfectly soft. The French onion soup was a little strong for my taste. I'm taking it home do my magic on it. The peach ice tea was the perfect blend of sweet and peach. My friend got the house salad and said just okay snd her steak a bit over done.
